CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS) has announced that Sean Hayes would be joining the crew of CBS Sitcom for the second season of its comedy show “The Millers”. CBS revealed on Tuesday that Sean Hayes would play the role of new best friend, the character which was earlier being performed by Margo Martindale. Also he would be involved in the new resource of hostility for his son, which would be played by Will Arnett.

Sean is quite popular for past eight years with his character in “Will & Grace” within the sitcom team. Moreover, adding to his career, last season he was included in the crew of the popular comedy series “Sean Saves The World” with lead role.

“The Millers” is a family comedy show which was premiered the last fall would also star JB Smoove and Beau Bridges along with Hayes. CBS added that the first episode of the second season of the comedy show would be telecasted on October 30, 2014.

Exchange Ratio Finalized To 2.1689

CBS has announced today the final exchange ratio to 2.1689 with respect to its earlier declared offer for its shareholders. The so called CBS Outdoor Exchange Offer is purposely designed for its shareholders wherein they can exchange CBS Class B common shares for up to 97 million CBS Outdoor Americas Inc. (NYSE:CBSO) shares. The exchange is permitted only for those shares which are owned by CBS.

CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS) further added that for every CBS Class B common share which is genuinely tendered and withdrawn and lies within the acceptance boundaries of the exchange offer, CBS would distribute 2.1689 of CBS Outdoor shares. CBS announced that after the declaration of the final exchange ratio, the company would accept the exchange of 44,723,131 shares of the Class B common stock till the offer expires. The offer will expire by 12:00 midnight, New York City time on July 9, 2014.
