Tomahawk, WI 07/14/2014 (Basicsmedia)  Microsoft Corporation’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) ex CEO Steve Ballmer before leaving the office showed Microsoft a path of strategies which then was an exact strategy that made Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) world’s most innovative company.

Satya Nadella moved into Microsoft in February 2013 in place of Ballmer is all set for thinking outside his traditional mind-set and coming out to test his skills. Big changes are about to come to the company in his times.

He narrowed down his long-term goals in an open letter to the Microsoft’s employees listing some unique strategies they will need to bring in that will help them in transforming their devices and services. He mentioned advancements such as cloud-first and mobile-first world, the two core opportunities which will ease them in selling their products. And for converting these opportunities into reality, Nadella has a strong urge to rebuild the whole company in a way which can come out of efforts in creating these two foundation opportunities.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) helps people getting their work done, Nadella wrote. Nadella aims in giving preference to customer, providing them with all the things they need. However, he also knew somewhere that achieving this all in a market which is already equipped with sheer competitors, is not an easy job. And way ahead of Microsoft comes companies such as Android and Apple, when it comes about smart phones, where Microsoft has a tiny, disappearing share.

But Nadella has his own plans ready with a customer preferred company, which aims for faster and higher data-driven decision process along with better managerial structures. Time saving, focused, efficient processes with measurable outcomes were the points Nadella is ready to work out with his team. He summarized it, that with every action in Microsoft we should lead more effectively and faster.

Nadella’s attitude to learn things and making ambitious process shows Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s bigger picture and himself having a bright future ahead.
