What Charts Say About Microsoft Corporation? See this Technical Video

First and foremost, investors are visibly heartened with the man Satya Nadella who was declared last month the new chief of Windows-maker, replacing Steve Ballmer who was widely seen as being past his best at the time of his exit.

Executive exit after new CEO found

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) spent more than earlier announced time searching for a new CEO to replace Mr. Ballmer. Eventually Mr. Nadella was announced and with that pick of an internal talent, Microsoft is low letting go of some of its executives, including Tony Bates who at some point was considered one of the potential CEO candidates.

Mr. Bates joined Microsoft from Skype where he was the CEO. At Microsoft he headed the business development but now various media sources have indicated that he is set to leave the company. Mr. Bates also had a stint at networking gear bellwether Cisco Systems Inc (NASDAQ:CSCO).

Yet another executive set to leave Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is Tami Reller, executive vice president of marketing. While Mr. Bates will leave immediately, reports indicate that Reller will stay on for some time to help through transition.

Potential replacements prepared

As the two executives leave now that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s leadership has shifted to their peer Mr. Nadella, the company is preparing official announcement of the development and sources say that Eric Rudder and Chris Capossela have been identified as replacements for Mr. Bates and Reller respectively.

Big expectation

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has of late been associated with bad news. The company no longer makes heads spin when it reports financial results. The reason is that the company has lost a lot of ground in the PC market which was the source of its wealth. Thus, investors hope that the new leader will reverse the wrong steps and get things moving in the right direction which is all about maximizing investor value.
