The company has a 52-week range between $1.72 and $5.26 per share. The company entered into agreement to be acquired by Aberdeen Asset Management for $2.75 per share in cash. Artio also reported earnings before the market opened this morning.

Angie’s List (NASDAQ: ANGI) was up 31 percent at $17.91 per share on heavy volume of 2.7 million shares compared to its average daily volume of 436,000 shares. The company has a market cap of $1.02 billion and a 52-week range between $8.94 and $19.82 per share. Angie’s List reported adjusted EPS income of $0.04 per share. By that measure, the company beat the mean analyst estimate of $(0.02). It beat the average revenue estimate of $45.58 million.

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) was up more than 10 percent at $32.85 per share on heavy volume of 2.5 million shares compared to its average daily volume of 1.4 million shares. The company has a market cap of $4 billion and a 52-week range between $22.62 per share and $41.77 per share. Seeking Alpha and Motley Fool have both put ServiceNow on their respective watch lists.
